"Helpful staff, but I still ended up waiting"
The staff did seem to know what they were talking about, and they were helpful once I finally got someone. But i felt like I was just stuck waiting around while everyone else somehow got sorted first. It wasn’t a bad experience, just frustrating because I always seem to be the one who gets slowed down.

"Good boot fitting, just took a little while"
I had a good experience with the boot fitting team. They were friendly, took the time to listen, and didn’t make me feel rushed while we worked through the fit. My boots feel a lot better now, so I’m happy with the result. The only reason I’m knocking off a star is that the appointment took a bit longer than I expected. I did get the receipt emailed over without any hassle, which was handy. Overall, good service and I’d go back.

"Pretty easy site, but hmm..."
The site was easy to use and I found what I needed fast, almost suspiciously fast if you ask me. Checkout dragged a bit though, like maybe the system was double-checking I wasn’t part of some secret shopping experiment. Still, overall not bad.

"Fast delivery, maybe I worried for nothing"
I ordered from snowtraxstore.co.uk and, to be fair, the delivery was quicker than I thought it would be. I got the email updates and the parcel showed up within a few days, so there wasn’t really any hassle.
The only reason I’d say 4 stars instead of 5 is that the tracking didn’t seem to update much at the start, and I wasn’t sure when it was actually going to arrive. Maybe I was just being a bit impatient, but overall it was a good experience and I’d probably use them again.

Support was actually helpful once they got around to replying. It took longer than I expected, but to their credit, the answer did sort things out.

"I thought Snowtrax Store was going..."
I thought Snowtrax Store was going to be a decent option, but the prices felt way higher than other places I’ve used. I kept expecting the quality or service to make up for it, but it just didn’t. Then again, maybe I’m just picky, no, actually, scratch that, it was just overpriced. I didn’t feel like I got good value for the money, so I probably won’t be ordering from them again.

"Stitching didn’t hold up"
I liked the look of the jacket at first, but after only a few wears the stitching started coming loose. Anyway, it was disappointing because I expected it to last longer than that.

"Staff seemed rude"
I had to wait around for ages in the store, and when someone finally helped, they barely seemed interested. Maybe I’m reading into their tone, but they came across like I was bothering them just by asking a question. Not a great experience.

"I’m always a bit cautious when ordering online..."
I’m always a bit cautious when ordering online because I’ve had parcels turn up battered before, but my order from snowtraxstore.co.uk was genuinely packed really well. The box was sturdy, not all smashed up, and everything inside was properly protected with no damage at all. I checked it over as soon as it arrived and had no issues. Nice to see they actually take care with how things are sent out.

"I had to return something and..."
I had to return something and it was way more annoying than it needed to be. Took forever to get a reply, and then the refund still didn’t show up quickly. I ended up chasing them more than once, which was frustrating. Maybe it’s fine if you keep what you order, but if you need to return anything, it’s not great in my experince

"I ordered a pair of gloves because..."
I ordered a pair of gloves because the website showed them as in stock, only to get an email later saying they weren’t actually available. Frustrating, especially since I needed them for an upcoming trip. The refund did come through without any hassle, which was good, but that doesn’t really make up for the wasted time. Their stock info needs to be kept up to date because this kind of thing is really annoying

"Warranty support felt slow for the price"
I was disappointed with the warranty support. It took a long time to hear back, and I had to follow up a few times before getting a proper response. They did answer eventually, but it felt slow and not especially helpful. For what I paid, I expected the process to be a lot smoother.

"Good selection, just not everything I needed"
I usually judge a snow gear shop quickly by whether I can spot my size and a couple of go-to brands without digging around too much. There was a solid amount to choose from here, so first impression was decent, but a few sizes and brands I had in mind weren’t available. Not perfect, but still a okay overall selection.
